Dear Members,
we call for a second voting round for Competition, Social and Disciplinary Committees for the period 2013 since the first call for voting in November 2012 became vacant (empty) due to the lack of Candidates. For this reason we request to those share holder members interested in taking part in any of these Committees, to please send a letter to our Golf Secretary or send emai to our Golf Secretary admin.losarquerosgolf@ es.taylorwimpey.com presenting your candidature to one of the three Committees. This period of request will be held open from today until next January 10th 2013. The above mentioned candidature will be exposed in the web page and bulletin board of the Club for voting between 15th and 31th of January 2013.
Vacated nominations of this election may be designated by the Management of the Club.
Distribution of the voting results:
1. Competition Committee:
The gentleman most voted will be designated as Men Captain.
The lady most voted will be designated as Lady Captain.
The gentleman next most voted will be designated Mens Senior Delegate.
The lady next most voted will be designated Lady Senior Delegate.
The gentleman following next less voted will be designated Mens Vocal.
The lady following next less voted will be designated Lady Vocal

2. Social Committee:
The candidate most voted will be designated Chairman.
The two next most voted will be designated Vocals.
3. Disciplinary Committee:
The candidate most voted will be designated Chairman.
The two next most voted will be designated Vocals.
Each of these positions will have a validity of 12 months.
Voting:
The voting is valid only for Shareholder Members. The voting period will last 15 days, from the 15th to 30th of January 2013. The voter may vote by a sealed envelope delivered in to the Golf Secretary or Caddie Master, or through e-mail to the Club Secretary (admin.losarquerosgolf@ es.taylorwimpey.com), identified (with full name and membership number of the voter) and specifying which candidate she/he gives his/her votes to. The voter can cast two votes in the case of the Competition Committee (one vote for Men and one vote for Ladies), and one vote for each of the other two committees.
Voting Committee:
The Voting Committee will count the votes on the 31st of January 2013, and will be composed by three Members, the Club Secretary and the Golf Manager. This Committee will solve any tie situation through internal voting. The new Committees will be announced in the first week of February 2013.
Vacated (empty) nominations of this election may be designated by the Management of the Club.
