Do not rake the faces of bunkers in a down ward direction; instead, push the sand up the faces.
Try to create a slope from the edge, which will encourage the ball to roll into the center of the bunker.
The raked bunker should have an even surface with no signs of footprints or divots and minimal signs of digging or plowing.
DO NOT FORGET to rake the bunker. Your golf companions will grateful it.
