We remind you again of the forthcoming competition Seve Ballesteros IV Foundation Challenge at Los Arqueros Golf on Sunday, August 9, 2015.
Its format is “Greensome Stroke Play”.
Inscription fee is 90€ per couple including buggy. 50% of this amount will go to the “Seve Ballesteros Foundation”. And for Members at the Arqueros Golf Club it is 45€ (incl. buggy) per couple. 100% of this amount will go to this foundation, whose proceeds go to fund clinical research on brain tumors and support young golfers.
The Challenge 2015, with the sponsorship of Mercedes-Benz Spain and the collaboration of Hugo Boss, Mahou-San Miguel, Real Spanish Federation of Golf, Real Golf de Pedreña and Cup Eurasia, consists of 37 tournaments to be held from April to September under the Greensome format, and a Final at the Royal Golf de Pedreñaa which will be invited to the winning couples of the preliminary stage of clubs, whose prize is a trip to Malaysia to participate in the Pro-Am of the EurAsia Cup 2016 competition that pits the best European players against Asians.
PRIZES:
There will be a single category with prize handicap for the first three couples, ranking only the first of them to the National Finals, to be played at Real Golf de Pedreña the19th of September 2015. There will also be prize for the winning couple in the scratch category. In case any member of the winning team could not attend the Final, it would be rated for the second, and so on. In no event prizes will be cumulative. * To be eligible to participate in the National Final, the host club (in this case Los Arqueros Golf) must have a minimum of 30 couples participating)
1º Winning couple: trophy and participation in National Final
2º Second prize: Seve Trophy and a poloshirt Special Edition HUGO BOSS
3º Third prize: Special Edition Seve poloshirt HUGO BOSS
– Scratch prize: sports bag
Mercedes-Benz: raffled among all participants testing a Smart car for a weekend and proof of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle for a weekend.
