On 8th April 2011 a tasting was held in the Members' Lounge of Los Arqueros Golf. The hamcutter, Pedro Osuna of the company CASTIL DE CAMPOS delighted the public with the pleasure of a good “Jamón Ibérico” cut in a professional way. This ham was accompanied by white wine served in the most elegant manner possible. The company “LA FLOR DEL OLIVO” offered authentic Andalucian products such as paté made of olives and pure olive oil. All this contributed to an enjoyable afternoon.

Mountain cured ham (Jamón Serrano) and wine are a very Spanish pairing that few refuse to test. With the hope of learning more about them and to taste them, Los Arqueros Golf hosted a jamón Serrano and wine tasting in late February and featured experts in this field.
