Interclub Challenge 2010

Mixed Interclub Challenge is a summer competition played between Guadalmina, Atalaya, El Paíso, La Cala, Santa María and Los Arqueros, sponsored by Inter Invest Marbella.

Each club hosts a competition, the format being Better Ball Stableford – the 4 best scores counting as a team score.

Friday 25 June the competition was played at Los Arqueros. The winning couples were:
Atalaya: Michelle Sancillo and Maureen McRobb 43 points
La Cala: Mike Zelley and Isabella Muller  35 points
Santa María: Richard Burke and Marion Martin 36 points
El Paraíso: G. Hotz and S. Bergmeier  34 points
Guadalmina: Gonzalo Martínez and Helga Lommerzheim 36 points
Los Arqueros: Peter Hood and Barbara Dalton  38 points

El Paraíso 125
Guadalmina 121

The 1st competition was placed at Guadalmina on 11 June, next will be at El Paíso on 16 July. Los Arqueros are heading after 2 matches. Thy need to work hard to win overall for the 3rd year.
